How to a view a horse's history
There are several ways to get to view a horse's history. Your choice depends on what information you know.
From a Race Card (Type A and Type B) or a Result
- Click on the horse's name.

Search using the horse's name
- Click on the search icon.
- Type in any part of the horses name, e.g. if you are looking for "LOUIS THE KING", then
- Type "louis" or "the king" or "louis the k"
- The less you type the more horses will be found and displayed
- This partial name search is useful if you do not have the exact spelling of the horse
- Click Go
- From the list of horses displayed click on the horse's name whose history you want to view
If you know the sire's name
- Click "Breeding"
- In the "Look for Sires" box type in any part of the sire's name you know, e.g. "Black Minnaloushe" (you may also just type in "Minnal")
- Select the country or "All Countries" on top left
- Click Search
- From the list of sires you now may click:
- History - to get the history of this sire's progeny
- Carded - to see which of this sire's progeny are carded to run
- If you chose "History" then you may select one of the progeny e.g. "LOUIS THE KING" to see that progeny's history
- If you chose "Carded" then you have many more choices if that sire has horses that are carded. You may:
- Click on a progeny to see that progeny's history
- You may view the racecard by clicking on a date or venue name
- You may view the jockey's history by clicking on the jockey's name
- You may view the trainer's history by clicking on the trainer's name
If you know the Dam's name
- Follow the exact same procedure as for Sire's search but choose "Look for Dams".
You can even find a horse via a breeder
- Click on "Breeding"
- Type any part of the breeder's name, e.g. "The Alchemy" or any part of that name.
- The history of horses bred by that breeder, will be shown
- Note: The history display may be expanded by choosing a higher number "Show the last" selection list.
- Now you may select the horse to view it's history
- Note: Other useful information is also available
